  Blog Journal 7     On the classroom website I visited it held basic information that parents and students can view to be prepared for classes. There is a schedule for the week making it so the expectations are clear for students and parents for the week ahead. Classroom expectations are located in the row of resources which is important for families to understand so their students can be in the best environment possible. Also, the teacher added their contact information, so if families do have questions or problems they know exactly how to reach the instructor.      I envision myself using technology to accomplish my professional responsibilities more efficiency and effectively by creating a direct line from myself, the teacher, to families and students at home.   Blog Post #5     I have never had a Twitter account until this class, so I have no early experiences with the application. If I were to have Twitter prior I would use the social media to interact with friends, colleagues, and even some businesses. It would have been beneficial to use with finding jobs, finding relevant information, and seeing friends' activity. Twitter might be helpful with a future career by staying in the know and having the ability to stand out to other possible hiring companies.      The digital divide is a term that is used for the gap between people with access to technology and people who do not have access to technology.  Blog Post #3     An ELA technology standard for the sixth grade is to explain information in diverse media and formats and translate how it is connected to the student's main point they are reporting about. For this the student will have to be able to make graphs, timelines, video/ media albums, charts, spreadsheets, and a word processing software all online. I feel prepared to implement this standard based on my current skill set. This is because I have been able to develop all these tools to contribute to my school work in the past to connect diverse information to my subject material.      The resource that I found for the English Arts subject are detailed, visual tutorials based off of subject matter for the class. I have found that sometimes with certain concepts a teacher is not able to get the student to understand that concept. For example, paraphrasing is something a student may really struggle with grasping and the teacher has tried everything to assist the student. This
