I have never had a Twitter account until this class, so I have no early experiences with the application. If I were to have Twitter prior I would use the social media to interact with friends, colleagues, and even some businesses. It would have been beneficial to use with finding jobs, finding relevant information, and seeing friends' activity. Twitter might be helpful with a future career by staying in the know and having the ability to stand out to other possible hiring companies.

The digital divide is a term that is used for the gap between people with access to technology and people who do not have access to technology. This affects students' success in school because education is reaching a new virtual level especially with the COVID-19 pandemic where all classes were virtual for months. Students are left with no real solutions to the issue of not having the proper technology because it not all schools have the resources to supply their students with laptops or computers. As a future teacher it could affect my class if some of my possible students do not have technology suited for some assignments in the curriculum that is being taught then I would have to create an alternative way for these students to complete the assignments.

Academic software for students are a way to boost learning in a virtual way so that children and young adults get an early start to know how to work these programs. Two software tools that I would implement in my classroom would be a math problem solving software and a utility software. The math problem solving software helps strengthen students' math solving skills which I think some students need in order to fully grasp some math problems. A utility software would help me prepare different types of quizzes, tests, and could serve as a grading book.
